The Duchess of Cambridge Kate gave birth to a son on Monday in St’ Mary’s hospital, London around 11 am. This is the third royal baby of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Kate was in heels and posing for the cameras by 6 pm. Kate was looking gorgeous as she left for Kensington Palace with the newborn son. The Duke accompanied the mother and the child. The women around the world want to know the secret of her energy. According to experts, good diet, good health, and no complications during the birth are the factors which keep her active and energetic even after giving birth to the baby. A group of friends, family, and aides are also there to support her.

Though Kate had experienced acute morning sickness during the early stages of all her pregnancies, the birthing process has been seemingly easy for her, said Dr. Sheryl A. Ross, an OB/GYN and women’s health expert. Dr. Sherry, as she is commonly known as, is also the author of the book, She-ology: The Definitive Guide to Women’s Intimate Health Period.

Ross joked that Kate had short labor and quick delivery and that was a blessing. She added that the easy delivery was owed to her because of the severe morning sickness she had experienced. She added that there is no connection between the severity of morning sickness and easy birth.
