Boldon is a well-respected expert in sales whose keynote presentations and training sessions always include motivation and information along with humor to keep participants awake, listening and learning. She knows the challenges of today’s real estate market and can help people overcome them.

Boldon has been a successful businesswoman for nearly four decades, and has been helping salespeople learn to increase their skills and earn top dollar for over twenty years. She teaches soft-sell, client-friendly methods. Boldon is a member of the National Speaker’s Association, International Speaker’s Network and Toastmasters, and a popular presenter at conventions throughout North America.

Boldon is also the author of “The Princess Golf Handbook,” which is about the “new” rules of golf. “Golf, the way it is currently played, is unrealistic,” claimed Boldon. “In real golf they try to blame the player for everything. As an example, when all four of the players miss the putt, that is not your fault, but rather poor hole placement. That’s a management problem. You should putt to where the hole should have been and count only those strokes.”

Boldon uses humor and observations in her keynote speeches. Her second book is forthcoming, and deals with the real estate process, the tricks, tips and things one never thought of before they call their next agent.

Furthermore, Boldon will be speaking at the District 26 Toastmasters event on November 10 and 11 in Greenwood Village, CO, at the Hilton Double Tree. She will also be in Ft. Collins, CO, for an energetic and motivational sales presentation about real estate techniques and doubling production on January 25, 2018.
