The Salt Lake Tribune partnered with Pennsylvania-based Energage, an employee research firm, in order to determine Utah’s Top Workplaces. Using an in-depth employee survey, organizations were judged upon a series of “organizational health” factors, including: alignment, effectiveness, connection, management, engagement, executive leadership and benefits.
