Total net assets of the Fund* on July 31, 2017 were $522,370,779 as compared with $515,024,099 on April 30, 2017 and $549,308,727 on July 31, 2016. On July 31, 2017, the net asset value per share of common stock was $14.97 based on 28,744,936 shares of common stock outstanding.
