She led the design and implementation of the SGS Corporate Human Resources Intranet pages as key communication tool for all employees worldwide.She transformed the HR function by designing and staffing a new HR organization and promoting from within, sponsored the design and deployment of an SGS Group’s Employer Branding in 30 countries covering 83 % of total hires to facilitate the 15,000 and up hiring per year, rolled out a yearly worldwide engagement initiative to reduce voluntary turnover and allow focus on top priorities for talent retention.She sponsored a global initiative to analyze and raise efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function and delivery across 110 countries..Throughout her illustrious career, Dominique has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession.
