Cleveland-Lorain-Elyria, OH December 23, 2017 – GO2 was recognized for its excellent work in four categories — New Consumer Product or Service Launch; Written Content, Short/Medium Form; Internal Communications; and Multimedia & Video — at the 15th Annual PRSA Cleveland Rocks Awards.
The awards show acknowledges outstanding public relations programs incorporating sound research, planning, execution, and evaluation. Winners demonstrate exceptional strength in the field of public relations and contribute to advancing the profession in Northeast Ohio.

GO2’s New Consumer Product or Service Launch entry, Sherwin-Williams Paint Shield Launch Kit, received a gold award. The honor highlights GO2’s ability to positively impact sales growth by preparing frontline employees with the tools they need to be effective.
For this project, the agency developed strategy, messaging, and a fresh new look for Sherwin-Williams’ Paint Shield product. GO2 then delivered all content in a comprehensive sales kit.
In the Written Content, Short/Medium Form category, GO2 received a silver award for its work on the Sherwin-Williams Rejuvenate Brochure. The agency worked hard to effectively communicate Rejuvenate’s value proposition and product features to the client’s frontline employees.
The final launch packet included a sample board, a trifold pocket folder, and a best practices sheet that explained how to use the packet when speaking with contractors. Employees received the information they needed to positively impact sales.
GO2 also received two bronze awards for its own internal efforts in the Internal Communications and Multimedia & Video categories. The first award honored the GO2 Core Beliefs Campaign and the latter honored the agency’s Unique Selling Proposition Video.
Both entries were the result of an internal initiative for GO2. The campaign was designed to enhance the agency’s mission and value alignment, which ultimately strengthened GO2’s internal culture. It included multimedia awareness tactics, a full-day team-building event, educational elements, and an ongoing reinforcement strategy.
