SRE exceeded its commitment target of $400 million and reached Fund III's hard cap three months following its initial closing. Fund III is capitalized primarily by institutions including endowments, foundations, public pensions, corporate pensions, large family offices and money management firms. Additionally, SRE received commitments from investors for significant co-investment capacity.
